1.2 acre property is situated in a tranquil cove on the South East side of Lake Eden. Our 2000 sq’ foot home is exceptionally clean, fully furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and sleeps 8 comfortably.
The open floor plan provides a ton of space and is a perfect location for 1 or 2 couples – with or without kids!

You’ll enjoy gorgeous views of the lake and mountains from the deck and porch . Out near the lake there are 4 kayaks & a Canoe for all your boating needs ! Sit by the gazebo or by the deck , you are always near a fire place to roast & enjoy those Marshmellows! Enjoy classic lakefront living and still close to cities like Stowe, Montpelier & Rutland ! The newly added hot tub ( a classic and unique wood fired hot tub ) is easily accessible and available to guests upon request ! A nominal fee may apply.
Guest access
Entire house and yard ! The Front yard is pretty big & a section of it is owned by our neighbors . they sometimes use it to park their camper , however there is plenty of space for groups to enjoy the lake ! A newly added hot tub – wood fired and extremely unique is available for guests to use upon requests ! A very nominal charge applies
Other things to note
Game room in basement ( pool table & ping pong table) . Hot Tub – a very unique wood fired hot tub added for guests to use ( please inquire about the tub so that more details can be shared )
